Nicki Jackson is a cake maker & decorator specialising in creating beautiful bespoke cakes for parties, special celebrations and weddings. 

​

After making the cakes for my son's christening and having a queue at the cake table, I quickly ran out of cake despite there being more than enough for the guests who wanted to take more home with them!  Soon after, I set up my own business from home after regularly getting enquiries asking to make cakes for friends and family.

​

With the basics of cake decorating learnt at an early age and a belief that you can never stop learning, I have attended various courses and continue with professional development ensuring I am fully compliant with food safe practices.

​

I am fully insured, have a 5* Food Hygiene Rating , have completed my Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 Course and Food Allergy Online Training and was a Finalist for the English Wedding Awards 2018 and 2022 (North).

I design and build delicious cake creations from my Wirral studio. Each one made with the finest ingredients and an exquisite attention to detail.

Cake brings such joy and there are so many occasions and excuses for making a cake, that we could (maybe should?!) make a reason for baking and eating one every da​y.
