Vanilla & Raspberry

A light and moist Madagascan vanilla cake layered with raspberry preserve and light vanilla buttercream.

Red Velvet

A light cocoa-based sponge cake deep red in colour, layered with velvety smooth buttercream.

Lemon & Lemon Curd

A light lemon sponge made with fresh lemon zest and smooth lemon curd.

Rich Chocolate Cake

A moist chocolate cake made from Belgian chocolate, layered with smooth chocolate ganache.

Carrot & Walnut

A finely spiced cake with grated fresh carrots and diced walnuts, layered with smooth buttercream.

Coffee & Walnut

Made with espresso coffee, freshly chopped walnuts and finished with a light espresso buttercream.

Salted Caramel

Deliciously soft brown sponge, layered with smooth salted caramel and vanilla buttercream filling.

Traditional Fruit Cake

A truly classic fruitcake aged for around 4-6 weeks, made with the finest dried fruits and nuts, soaked in French brandy
